SAINT TRACY DOES NOT REFUND PAYMENT AFTER PURCHASE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
• The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition (no damage, no wear).
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
NOTE: For every exchange/ return, client will pay Handling fee of 13 pounds and delivery fee of 7 pounds making it a total of 20 pounds.

First and foremost, gentlemen, ensure that you buy your rings from a store that has an exchange policy like Saint Tracy London because we may have the same ring in a different size and will gladly exchange it for you. Our Exchange Policy is 14 days from date of purchase, please propose as soon as you buy the ring. All exchanges must take place within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we can no longer exchange any ring.
